<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a period from application of a video content to display of the video content when specific conditions are satisfied. <P>SOLUTION: A displayable period calculation unit 210, when a content and a display medium are selected, reads out first test end information corresponding to the content from a first test end information storage unit 214, and reads out second test necessity information corresponding to the display medium from a second test necessity information storage unit 216. Then, the displayable period calculation unit 210 calculates a displayable period using the read-out first test end information and second test necessity information, a first test period stored in first test period storage means 212, and a second test period stored in second test period storage means 212.
