<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC motor including an inverter circuit capable of separately controlling a coil current. <P>SOLUTION: An AC motor comprises three-phase stator coils 11U, 11V and 11W which generate a rotating magnetic field 12 in cooperation with each other, an inverter circuit 20 to which DC voltages +E and -E, and a ground voltage GND are applied to separately energize direct currents i<SB POS="POST">U</SB>, i<SB POS="POST">V</SB>and i<SB POS="POST">W</SB>to the stator coils 11U, 11V and 11W, respectively, a DSP24 which transmits a control signal for controlling magnitudes of the direct currents i<SB POS="POST">U</SB>, i<SB POS="POST">V</SB>and i<SB POS="POST">W</SB>with a predetermined period to the inverter circuit 20, and a rotor 13 which rotates due to the rotating magnetic field 12. The control signal controls either first switch elements 21UU, 21VU and 21 WU, or second switch elements 21UD, 21VD and 21 WD to be on state, or both to be off state, thereby the stator coils 11U, 11V and 11W are separately energized with the direct currents i<SB POS="POST">U</SB>, i<SB POS="POST">V</SB>and i<SB POS="POST">W</SB>to generate the rotating magnetic field 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
