<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection tool obtaining information such as exact cracking width on an inner surface in any direction (up and down, right and left) of a hole, and accurately inspecting the injection condition of an injection material. <P>SOLUTION: This inspection tool includes: a tube 15 for housing a rod lens 10, a transmission line 11 and a mirror 13, which has a window 14 for output of light from the mirror 13 and for input of reflected light to the mirror 13, supports the mirror 13 to arrange the mirror 13 on a center line which is at the same distance from both one wall surface in a hole 20 and another wall surface facing the one wall surface, and is inserted into the hole 20; and a support ring 16 attached in the tube 15 for supporting the rod lens 10 and the transmission line 11 so as to arrange the rod lens 10 on the center line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
