PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure capable of reducing the risk of staining a reverse face of a medium to be recorded by ink, even when carrying out repeatingly borderless printing onto the medium to be recorded, by an inkjet recording system. SOLUTION: This platen 42 is a platen for supporting a conveyed recording paper sheet. The platen 42 includes the first members 71 capable of letting ink delivered from an upper nozzle 39 land in an upper face, first ribs 74 extended along a conveying direction within an area of the upper face, and for supporting the recording paper sheet on an upper side of the upper face, and the second members 72 provided on an upstream side and a downstream side of the first member 71. A recessed part 34 with a bottom face 109 thereof lower than an upper face of the second member 72 is formed in a boundary part with respect to the second member 72, in an at least one upper end out of the first ribs 74.
