<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament winding method for enhancing stability in delivering multifilament from rovings, a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced plastic long object, and a filament winding device. <P>SOLUTION: A center part of a rotor 14 is provided with an insertion part 14a to penetrate the rotor 14 along the axial direction. A long member 32 is inserted to the insertion part 14a. The rotor 14 is provided with a plurality of cores 15 for mounting the rovings 21. Inner peripheral sides of a plurality of rovings 21 are supported by the cores 15. The plurality of rovings 21 are fixed so as to make its axial direction in parallel with the axial direction of the rotor 14. The multifilament is delivered from outer peripheral sides of the plurality of rovings 21 to be wound around the long member 32.
