摘要 <p>Disclosed are a composition of a Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy, and a method for manufacturing the same. Disclosed is the Fe-based soft magnetic nanocrystalline alloy or a composite material thereof comprising a nanocrystalline phase in the form of Fe_23C_6 or Fe_23B_6 whose magnetic momentum is greater thanα-Fe(Si) phase inside, while the existing Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy comprises a nanocrystal in the form ofα-Fe (Si). Moreover, disclosed is the manufacturing method to uniformly disperse a nanocrystalline phase of high density in the form of Fe_23C_6 or Fe_23B_6 having the fine particle size of 10 nm or less by heat treatment after an alloy thereof is coagulated as an amorphous phase. Therefore, the Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy has the advantage of having high utilization as a soft magnetic material of electrical/electronics instruments by having high saturation magnetic flux density, superpermeability, and low coercive force while ensuring excellent economic efficiency in comparison with the existing Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy.</p>
