PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content evaluation device capable of evaluating of content based on biosignal obtained from a viewing user, which is applicable to improve the content.SOLUTION: The content evaluation device 110 comprises: an obtaining section 101 that obtains cerebral blood flow and sight line position of a user; a reaction identifying section 102 that identifies reaction type to image content of the user based on the obtained cerebral blood flow; a provided information storage 105 that stores provided information which is a piece of information including a display area of a provided image included in the image content and display time when the provided image is displayed on the display area; a watching concentration degree calculating section 104 that refers to the provided information and calculates watching concentration degree to the provided image of the user based on the sight line position; an evaluation information storage 107 that stores evaluation information templates; and an evaluation information determination section 106 that refers to the evaluation information templates and determines the evaluation information corresponding the type of the watching concentration degree as an evaluation of the user to the image content. |
