<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of easily generating an image used for diagnosing a lesion. <P>SOLUTION: A first image generation part 31 generates a first image such as a virtual endoscope image or an expansion image indicating the large intestine on the basis of volume data, and a display control part 4 makes a display part 71 display the first image. An image processing part 5 receives specification by an operator on the first image, obtains a tumor region including the specified part on the basis of the volume data, and obtains a reference line crossing the tumor region on the basis of the shape of the tumor region. A second image generation part 32 generates a second image such as the virtual endoscope image or an MPR image indicating the tumor region from the volume data using the reference line.
