RELEASE DETECTION APPARATUS FOR BOLT AND NUT USING ELASTIC CONTACT SENSOR

The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting loosening between a bolt and a nut using an elastic contact sensor, which comprises: a loosening detecting unit which measures a loosening state between a bolt and a nut that are fastened to each other; and a data analyzing unit which determines the loosening state between the bolt and the nut using the loosening detecting unit. The loosening detecting unit comprises: a washer which includes a bolt penetrating hole where the body of a bolt penetrates the central part thereof and which includes an accommodating groove at one side thereof; and an elastic contact sensor which is placed in the accommodating groove, and includes an elastic terminal for generating a sensing signal when the head of the bolt is pressurized. Therefore, the apparatus for detecting loosening can determine the loosening state between a bolt and a nut by sensing the loosening state between the bolt and the nut using the washer and the elastic contact sensor unlike the conventional methods such as a visual check, and analyzing the sensing signal, and can accurately sense the position of the bolt and the nut where the loosening occurs. In particular, the apparatus can accurately sense the loosening state between the bolt and the nut at a part which is difficult to be checked visually.
