PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive composition excellent in transparency, electrical conductivity and flexibility, and coatable on a plastic substrate to effect coating film formation, and to provide an electroconductive film and electroconductive laminate each using the composition. SOLUTION: The electroconductive composition includes: (A) a conjugated polyanion having a sulfonic acid-based specific structure as a structural unit; and (B) a conjugated electroconductive polymer.
