The present invention relates to a cooking container, wherein the cooking container is tilted to facilitate the removal of oil on the water surface in order to remove the oil generated on soup during the cooking procedure of food containing the soup, and the cooking container includes a semi-spherical shaped opening hole which is provided at one side of a rear portion on an upper surface of a lid and comprising a linear part and a circular arc part, and thus, when the cooking container accommodating the food is tilted to align the water surface of the food inside the cooking container to the linear part, the oil on the water surface is drained and the soup of the food is drained in small quantity. |
