PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoloring device with a toner offset prevention mechanism, the device including a decoloring heat source and a decoloring light source, which can simultaneously decolor a color-fadable toner image formed by double-sided printing. SOLUTION: Four sets of guide coil pairs 44 are disposed parallel to a conveying roller and a roller body 34a, 34b, forming a pair above and below a conveyance route 25 of the decoloring device 43. The guide coil pair 44 is disposed in such a manner that a projection and a recess in a fin shape of the coils 44a, 44b are opposing to each other, and the coil pair is rotated at an outer circumference rotation line velocity equal to the conveying line speed of a recording medium 22 conveyed on the conveyance route 25. The conveying roller and the roller body 34a, 34b convey a recording medium 22 between coils 44a, 44b of the four sets of guide coil pairs 44 disposed in the conveyance route 25, and the coils 44a, 44b prevent the recording medium 22 from being in contact with a decoloring heat source 27. The decoloring heat source 27 heats the recording medium 22 conveyed on the conveyance route 25, while a decoloring light source 29 irradiates the recording medium 22 with decoloring light while the recording medium is conveyed on the conveyance route.
