<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent structure that transfers a small amount of liquid in a minute space. <P>SOLUTION: A water-repellent region, in which minute convex portions (104) are formed, is provided on a surface of the water-repellent structure (2).
