The diffusion optical element (13) disposed in the drive unit (14) is oscillated and operated in a state where an amplitude of the drive of the drive unit (14), which is, for example, an amplitude that is driven in a direction of the arrow X in a plane that is perpendicular to an optical axis, is not constant. |
