<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition for a belt conveyor which is superior in water resistance of a lubricating film formed on a container and a belt conveyor without having the risk that lubricity reduced by easily removing the lubricating film using the scattered water or the like while being capable of maintaining the superior lubricity for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricant composition for a conveyor comprises: an acrylic copolymer obtained by polymerizing an acrylic acid or an acrylic acid salt, and an acrylate and/or a methacrylic ester as a component A; and an oily substance as a component B.
