<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly identify a main body of a response on a call receiving side, in an outbound system automatically calling. <P>SOLUTION: A calling device 100 comprises a circuit control unit 102 for controlling communication with a communication device through a telephone network; a calling control unit 104 for extracting a telephone number of a called target from a list held in a list holding unit 116, and making the circuit control unit 102 call the telephone number; a second determining unit 108 for determining whether a response from the communication device on a call receiving side is made by a human or not, by analyzing a signal which the circuit control unit 102 obtains from the communication device on the call receiving side; and a standby unit 112 for monitoring the signal which the circuit control unit 102 obtains from the communication device on the call receiving side, and waiting for a signal corresponding to "P sound", when the second determining unit 108 determines that the response is not made by a human. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
