<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an inner surface covering segment for fixing a resin-made sheet while saving labor and holding it equally over the whole surface. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the inner surface covering segment S for tunnel lining by fixing the resin-made sheet 21 on a form face corresponding to an inner surface of the segment of the form device 1 for segment and placing concrete in a form, many holes 2a are formed on the form face 2A corresponding to the inner surface of the segment, a vacuum chamber 5 capable of adjusting degree of vacuum is formed on a rear surface side of the form face 2A, and pressure inside the vacuum chamber 5 is set to the predetermined negative pressure to place concrete in the form while the resin-made sheet 21 is fixed by suction force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
