<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire using a thermoplastic resin material, to show superior heat resistance, as well as good rolling friction resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a tire from a material containing at least a thermoplastic resin material includes: a tire skeleton forming step for forming an annular tire skeleton by using the material containing the thermoplastic resin material; and a heating step for heating the obtained tire skeleton at a temperature in the range from the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the thermoplastic resin material to Tg + 200°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
