PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of preventing a squeeze-out defect of a sealant while ensuring good sealability. SOLUTION: An electronic device 100 includes a circuit board 10 provided with a connector 20, an upper case 50, and a lower case 30. In the electronic device, while a part of a housing 21 of a connector 20 is exposed to the outside of a body through an opening 60 for a connector in the body composed of the upper case 50 and the lower case 30 in an assembled state, a rest part of the housing 21 and the circuit board 10 are stored in the body, and a space in the body is sealed with sealants 41a and 41b that are annularly applied. The electronic device has an overlapping portion LC where the sealants 41a and 41b intersect with each other in an X-shape near at least one of a start point and an end point of the sealants 41a and 41b that are annularly applied.
