<p>The present invention relates to a job matching system and a method thereof capable of facilitating accurate matching and maximizing the efficiency of job matching by offering optimized information to a user with the internet or a network. Provided is the job matching system comprising a web server which is connected to the terminals of a job offer and a job seeker by using the network; a control unit which inputs and outputs information through the web server; a member information management unit which stores the information of the job offer and the job seeker; a mapping unit which sets a K-dimensional matching point by digitizing the values of K items of the information of each job offer and each job seeker stored in the member information management unit; and a matching unit which extracts matching ranking of another user by determining whether or not a matching point of the user set in the mapping unit corresponds to or is close to a matching point of another user.</p> |
