Disclosed is a continuous agro-fishery product drying apparatus including a transport unit. The transport unit includes an in-chamber conveyor which transports a tray in a vacuum microwave chamber in a state where a first vacuum gate and a second vacuum gate are closed; and an advance/discharge conveyor which transports the tray such that the tray passes through the first vacuum gate or the second vacuum gate in a state where the first vacuum gate or the second vacuum gate is open. The in-chamber conveyor includes in-chamber conveyor rollers; in-chamber main gears connected to the respective shafts of the in-chamber conveyor rollers; and in-chamber intermediate gears interposed between the adjacent in-chamber main gears. The advance/discharge conveyor includes advance/discharge conveyor main gears connected to the shafts of advance/discharge conveyor rollers; and advance/discharge conveyor intermediate gears interposed between the adjacent advance/discharge conveyor main gears. A gear ratio of the advance/discharge conveyor intermediate gear to the advance/discharge conveyor main gear is determined to be smaller than a gear ratio of an intermediate gear of the in-chamber conveyor to a main gear of the in-chamber conveyor.
