The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a color printed steel sheet used in an exterior material of a home appliance and architectural interior and exterior materials requiring high gloss. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a color printed sheet having higher gloss and clearness by previously drying ultraviolet ray pigments including organic solvents to achieve self-leveling and then exposing the ultraviolet ray pigments to ultraviolet ray, in order to prevent pigment surficial defects occurring due to the contraction resulting from the polymerization of resin in the ultraviolet ray pigments.
