<p>The present invention relates to a seat belt device disposed on a seat to bind a vehicle or aircraft passenger and the like, and a seat belt locking device used in the same. More specifically, the said invention relates to a seat belt locking device which has both emergency locking retractor (ELR) and automatic locking retractor (ALR) functions, is simple in configuration, and can contribute to reducing the costs and weight. According to the present invention, all elements constituting the seat belt locking device are positioned in a base wheel, thus the configuration can be simplified and the volume reduced. In addition, a tooth with which an inertia pole is engaged is provided inside a protective cover, thus no intermediate cover to provide a tooth is required and the volume, weight, and manufacturing costs of the seat belt locking device can be reduced.</p> |
