摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor that suppresses the transfer memory to suppress the occurrence of image failure, and has a large degree of freedom in selection of materials constituting the photosensitive layer in an image forming apparatus that includes a charging unit employing a contact charging method, and uses the positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor; and an image forming apparatus that includes the positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor as an image carrier. <P>SOLUTION: A positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor is obtained by forming a photosensitive layer on a conductive substrate, and used in an image forming apparatus that includes a charging unit employing a contact charging method.
