<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying a tire constituting member and a method of manufacturing an unvulcanized tire, allowing the tire constituting member to be efficiently reloaded and improving the manufacturing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The device for supplying a tire constituting member includes: a first feeding device 11 feeding the tire constituting member W to the front A; a transport conveyor 13 transporting the tire constituting member W from the first feeding member to the front; a second feeding device 17 feeding the tire constituting member W to the front; and a delivery conveyor 18 capable of delivering the tire constituting member W from the second feeding device to the front.
