<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reinforcement transfer equipment for transferring reinforcements for use in a structure to a construction site from a site for the temporary assembly of the reinforcements while maintaining a temporarily assembled state, and a construction method using the reinforcement transfer equipment. <P>SOLUTION: Reinforcement transfer equipment includes: an equipment body section (1); a plurality of horizontal reinforcement placing members (2) that are turnably provided in the equipment body section (1); a horizontal reinforcement placing member turning member (3) that is connected to the plurality of horizontal reinforcement placing members (2); members (Ha and Hb and/or 17, 35 and BB) for attaching/detaching the horizontal reinforcement placing member turning member, which have the function of fixing the horizontal reinforcement placing member turning member (3) to the equipment body section (1) and of unfixing the horizontal reinforcement placing member turning member (3) from the equipment body section (1); a plurality of horizontal reinforcement latching members (4); and a horizontal reinforcement latching member turning member (5).
