摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an acrylic-resin made optical film having almost no variation in thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The acrylic-resin made film F extruded from an extrusion part 2 is configured as follows. The thickness of both ends is smaller than that of the central part. A uniform thickness part whose thickness is uniform is provided at the central part. A gradually-reduced part whose thickness is gradually reduced is provided at each of both ends. When the film F is fed to a longitudinal stretching part 3, the thickness is leveled so as to obtain a flat longitudinal stretched film F. Then, the film is fed to a horizontal stretching part 5 so as to obtain an optical film F having almost no variation in thickness.
