<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to eliminate internal cracks, in molding a valve on a sealing plate with a thick plate as a base material. <P>SOLUTION: Rising parts 13 from a valve part 12 molded into a thin film with the thick plate as a base material 11 are molded into a tapered shape. With this, as the valve part 12 is molded so as to be spread out; and metal flow moving in a lateral direction is changed in a lateral direction as well as a slanted upward direction (along the taper) by an excess thickness upper part spread out, whereby movement of the valve part (the thin-film part) 12 of the metal flow is made easy, and cracks at thick-plate molding are prevented by the smooth movement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
