<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a user with a charge system according to a situation of downloading of user's content.SOLUTION: A charging system 1 comprises: rate storage means 15 for storing a plurality of flat-rates; distribution means 102 for distributing music content according to a request from a user terminal 2; history management means 103 for storing distribution history of the distributed music content associated with a user ID in distribution history storage means 16; and charging means 104 which reads distribution history stored in the distribution history storage means 16 for each user ID, and selects either a first rate or second rate of the plurality of flat-rates for each user ID according to presence/absence of the distribution history.</p> |
