<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with excellent electrical characteristics and wear resistance. <P>SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor 10 includes a conductive substrate 12, and a photosensitive layer 14 formed directly or via an intermediate layer 16 on the conductive substrate.
