PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container label that has appropriate adhesive force for a polystyrene container and prevents cohesive peeling in a thermo-sensitive adhesive layer, and a container with a label using the container label and a polystyrene container. SOLUTION: A container label 10 is adhered to a polystyrene container 30. The container label 10 is composed of a substrate layer 11, an adhesive layer 12 provided on one surface of the substrate layer 11, a stretched film 13 provided on one surface of the adhesive layer 12, and a thermo-sensitive adhesive layer 14 provided on one surface of the stretched film 13 and adhered to a polystyrene container 30 by heating. An adhesive strength between the thermo-sensitive adhesive layer 14 and the polystyrene container 30 is 2 N/40 mm to 6 N/40 mm. A thickness of the thermo-sensitive adhesive layer 14 is 4μm to 9μm.
