<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information presentation apparatus that displays a content for introducing a recommended destination on a display device, displaying the content in a manner so as to impressively appealing to a user. <P>SOLUTION: When an instruction to display recommendation information is given, a CPU 7 performs the steps of: receiving plural contents about recommended facilities and stores from an information center 15 via a communication part 16; estimating a user preference based on a life log and adding a degree of priority to each of contents included in the recommendation information; displaying the positions, on a map, of the recommended destinations of a vehicle on a screen of a display device 6 displaying the road map of a specified area in two-dimension, and popup-displaying the contents of the individual destinations.
