<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which the determination of the quality is attainable in real time during welding such that the occurrence of defect is discovered in real time when the defect is occurred during welding. <P>SOLUTION: The device for determining the quality of welding in real time determines the quality of welding in real time on the basis of the rate of the size of the difference to the standard deviation of a vector being evaluation criterion by measuring the physical quantity related to welding energy in a welded place during resistance welding, making the physical quantity into a digitized sampling data by a prescribed process in real time, making the sampling data into an one-dimensional data in real time by the prescribed process in accordance with the condition of the welding, expressing the sampling data made into the one-dimensional data in real time as an one-dimensional sampling vector and determining the size of the difference between the one-dimensional sampling vector and the vector being the evaluation criterion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
