<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite of the aluminum alloy and resin with high water resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A super-minute asperity surface of 20-40 nm cycle is formed by immersing the aluminum alloy in the hydration hydrazine aqueous solution of a several % concentration adjusted to 45-65°C in one to a few minutes, then the hydrazine is adsorbed in the aluminum alloy surface by immersing the aluminum alloy in the hydration hydrazine aqueous solution of 0.05-1% concentration assumed to be 15-55°C for a few minutes, and washing it in clear water, and next, drying it with the low temperature at 50-70°C.
