A step cycle type exercising machine for body training according to the present invention comprises a fixing frame; a rotation unit combined with the fixing frame to be rotated and including a pair of rotation discs rotated by being linked to both side walls; a pair of foot link parts connected with a pair of rotation discs and the fixing frame respectively in a link structure, and including a foot hold where the feet of a user is put; a pair of swing arms connected with the fixing frame and the foot link parts to be operated to be linked to the motion of the foot link parts; and an incline motor formed between the fixing frame and a rotation unit to rotate the rotation uni to adjust slope angle of the foot link parts.
