The present invention relates to a buried box with a connection steel bar for a high strength PC member PHC pile, which is integrated with the connection steel bar and combined to the side of the PHC pile. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the buried box with the connection steel bar comprises a combining plate which has a long plate shape, which has through holes formed by penetration, wherein the through holes are arranged at regular intervals on both sides of the widthwise center to correspond to each other to form one or more pairs, and which has a combining step formed on one side of both widthwise ends; a cover which includes an arch part having an arch type section and a side part extended from both ends of the arch part toward one side, which has a combining projection formed on the inside of the lower end of the side part to correspond to the combining step of the combining plate, and which is combined to the combining plate to form a storage space; a connection steel bar which is formed by bending a steel bar and which includes an end connection part with predetermined length, a connection part vertically bent downward from the end of one side of the end connection part, and a support part horizontally bent from the end of the other side of the end connection part, wherein the support part is combined to and fixed on the combining plated by passing thorough the through hole of the combining plate so as to be vertically placed toward the upper side or the lower side of the combining plate; and a side form which forms an arch shape formed on both side of the cover to be extended from the arch of the arch part of the cover.
