Provided are a porous titanium for biomedical application and a method for manufacturing the same, which has different internal density and the external density of a material for biomedical application, wherein the material for biomedical application is titanium and has pores. According to the present invention, desirable density and mechanical properties can be controlled to provide porous titanium which is harmless to a human body and is used instead of human bones.
