The present invention relates to a pressure vessel for testing a BOP apparatus and a method for testing the BOP apparatus using the same. As a pressure vessel for testing a BOP apparatus formed to input the BOP apparatus for testing the BOP apparatus, provided is a pressure vessel for testing a BOP apparatus which can maintain a stable structure in high pressure, reduces the thickness of producing a wall, and can secure diversity of selecting a material by forming a buffer chamber on the outside of an internal container by using a multiple wall structure having the internal container and an external container, forming the different pressure of a test chamber and the buffer chamber, and reducing the size of the pressure transferred to a multiple wall by using the difference of the pressure of the test chamber and the buffer chamber. Also, provided is a method for testing the BOP apparatus using the same.
