METHOD FOR CULTIVATING BEAN SPROUTS USING NON ALCOHOL WATER SOLUBLE PROPOLIS AND ALKALI-WATER

The present invention relates to a method for cultivating bean sprouts using a non-alcoholic and water-soluble propolis extract and weakly alkaline water containing a natural germanium component. The method for cultivating bean sprouts comprises the steps of removing ethanol from a propolis extract that is obtained in an extracting process of propolis; dipping raw beans in a diluted solution prepared by diluting a non-alcoholic and water-soluble propolis extract that does not contain alcohol, with weakly alkaline water that contains a natural germanium component; and spraying the diluted solution on the raw beans to cultivate the bean sprouts. The bean sprouts cultivated according to the present invention has an antibacterial function and the enhancement effect of cellular metabolism of a flavonoid-based component, and also has the nutritional functions of various inorganic substances and natural minerals in the weakly alkaline water containing natural germanium, so the bean sprouts can greatly contribute to improve consumer′s health as a functional food and healthy food.
