<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional rail end mounting fixture with a simple structure capable of temporarily fixing a guide rail to an opening frame, engaging with and catching a runner and restricting the occurrence of a gap in an adjacent portion of a door panel. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunctional rail end mounting fixture includes a base wall 30 sandwiched between a side end of a guide rail 1 and a side frame 27 of an opening frame and a mounting frame 31 engaged with an inner surface of the guide rail 1. In the contact surface of the base wall 30 and the side frame 27, an elastic arm 32 having a frictional protrusion 35 projecting toward the side frame 27 is integrally provided. In an inside surface of the rail end mounting fixture facing the inside of the guide rail 1, at least either one of a capturing device engaging with and capturing the runner 5 and a gap adjustment tool 33 is provided. In the temporarily-assembled state, the elastic arm 34 deforms elastically in a direction separating from the side frame 27.
