The device (100) has a base plate (110) forming a portion of frame delimiting an interior space (111). A fixing lug (130) is extended from an internal edge (112) of the base plate on a side of the space of the base plate. The lug includes an assembly unit i.e. threaded bore (131) for assembling a switchgear element (20) in the space. Holding lugs (150) are placed on both sides of the fixing lug and extended from the internal edge of the base plate on the side of the space. The holding lugs are designed to exert a holding pressure on a recessing wall (10) by being elastically deformed.
