The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which can prevent degradation of quality of a display image caused by voltage drop, a manufacturing method thereof, and a mask used for manufacture. More specifically, provided is an organic light emitting display device comprising: a substrate having a display area in which a plurality of pixels are arranged and a peripheral area covering the display area; a plurality of second electrodes in a stripe shape located in the display area, enlarged toward a first direction, and arranged to a second direction crossing the first direction; and connection wiring electrically connecting a plurality of second electrode, wherein each second electrode has irregular thickness along the first direction in the display area. Furthermore, provided are a manufacturing method thereof and a mask used for manufacture.
