Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a vehicle interior assembly. The method includes a step of attaching a scrim to a polyurethane board. The method also includes a step of placing a polyurethane material directly on the scrim. The method includes a step of applying an infrared energy to a polypropylene material in order to bond the polypropylene material to the scrim.
