<p>Provided is a vacuum self-priming pump connected to sanitary equipment, capable of stably discharging various kinds of sewage, and comprising: a housing pipe (2) connected to the sanitary equipment, and receiving and housing wastewater; a pump pipe (3) pumping and vacuum-sucking the wastewater housed in the housing pipe (2); and a pulverizing unit (4) pulverizing solid matters contained in the wastewater. The pulverizing unit (4) described in a drawing 1 and a drawing 2 has a circular body (9) installed in the housing pipe (2), axially arranged on a central shaft (6) rotated by receiving the rotating force of a motor (5), connected to be rotated along with the central shaft (6), and internally having multiple penetrated partition spaces of which the inner circumferential surfaces have crushing blades (8) crushing the solid matters. The pump pipe (3) has: a screw suction part (11) connected to the outlet of the housing pipe (2), and internally having a screw (10) axially fixed to be rotated along with the central shaft (6); a housing (13) connected to communicate with the discharge part of the screw suction part (11), internally having a cylindrical rotor chamber (12), and having one end which has an inlet receiving a fluid and has an outlet discharging the fluid; and a vacuum-pumping discharge part (16) with a disc (15) arranged in the chamber (12), connected to be rotated on the central shaft (6), and having vane ribs (14) installed on one surface thereof and pumping the fluid.</p> |
