Disclosed is an in-shell scrambled egg. The scrambled egg is made of a natural egg of natural poultry, wherein layers contained in the egg are scrambled without breaking the shell of the egg. Also, disclosed is an egg scrambler including a rotating unit which is designed to rotate an egg accommodation part such that the egg accommodated in the accommodation part is scrambled without breaking the shell of the egg and which is operatively connected to the egg accommodation part. The rotation of the egg can be controlled by a control unit and a sensor can detect whether the egg is scrambled or not.
