<p>The present invention relates to a health food composition containing chlorella as an active ingredient for increasing the emission of harmful substances in the body, and to a health food composition for preventing and inhibiting colorectal cancer caused by the harmful substances. More specifically, it was verified that the composition of the present invention increases the emission of PhIP which is not metabolized by chlorella, reduces the mRNA levels ofβ-catenin, cyclin D1, caspase-8, and caspase-3, which perform an important role in the development of canner, and improves the DNA destruction, and thus the chlorella of the present invention can be useful for a health food composition for increasing the emission of harmful substances in the body and preventing and inhibiting colorectal cancer.</p> |
