<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action history input support server, device and system capable of efficiently supporting collection of an action history of a user during the action of the user. <P>SOLUTION: An action history input support server 10 is provided with an action history DB 31, generates a plurality of notification times which are the times for transmitting a notification message for inquiring the action of a user, and estimates a gap time which is the notification time at which it is easy for the user to respond to the notification message from the plurality of generated notification times on the basis of an evaluation function indicating the correspondence of fitness indicating easiness of responding and the notification time. Then, the action history input support server 10 records the response time in the case of receiving a response message transmitted from a user terminal 50 in response to the notification message transmitted at the estimated gap time or the timeout time in the case that the response message is not transmitted in the action history DB 31 in association with the gap time, and changes the evaluation function on the basis of the recorded information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
