<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high heat-resistant probe pin that has high adhesive to thin metal wires, resistant to cracks, and moreover, is insulated with a high heat-resistant insulation film. <P>SOLUTION: A suspension-type electrodeposition film contains a block copolymerized polyimide, having a siloxane bond in a molecular skeleton and an anionic group inside a molecule. The probe pin is coated with the suspension type electrodeposition film (insulation film), for which a heat resistance index by a temperature index evaluation method that conforms to the JIS C3003 indicates a Class C kind. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
