According to the present invention, a real estate transaction system for verifying a vacancy of a multi-household house in real time and promoting the multi-household house comprises a membership management module, a homepage module, and a multi-household house information management module. The membership management module stores membership information including a landlord of the multi-household house and a real estate broker. The homepage module provides an independent homepage which can be managed by the landlord of the multi-household house and the real estate broker. The multi-household house information management module stores information on the multi-household house registered by the landlord of the multi-household house, and information on the real estate registered by the real estate broker. The independent homepage is connected to the multi-household house information management module. The landlord of the multi-household house and the real estate broker can access the multi-household house information management module through the independent homepage managed by themselves and process current status information on the multi-household house to be transacted and information on whether or not the transaction is established. A lessee residing in a specific room of the multi-household house can process information on whether the transaction is established with respect to the specific room registered in the multi-household house information management module through the homepage module of the multi-household house. A general customer and the member, who want a transaction with respect to the multi-household house, can access the multi-household house information management module, and confirm transaction information registered by the member. |
