PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire having both on-ice performance and dry performance compatibly. SOLUTION: When two optional holes i, j are selected from a hole group, a radius of a circumscribed circle Ci of the hole i is defined as ri, the radius of the other circumscribed circle Cj of the hole j is defined as rj, and an intercentral distance between the circumscribed circles Ci and Cj is defined as dij in a ground plan view, at least one hole j satisfying dij≤(ri+rj)×2 exists in the hole group to which each of all holes i belongs and at least one hole l exists which belongs to the hole group different from that of at least one hole k and has 1.5-10.0 mm shortest distance from the hole k.
